This is an old italian recipe from my grandmother using only the finest ingredientes,
It's made with farm fresh organic eggs,fresh creamy ricotta cheese, sugar and cornrtarch, a hint of vanilla, orange and lemon zest, with a touchof anisette.This cake is baked for over 2 hours
slowly in a water bath to create its rich and creamy flavor.
